- Responsible for providing behavioral health support and coordinated care for clients with mental health diagnoses

Candidate Profile
- Must be able to work full-time with rotating on-call shifts during weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Possesses knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment (such as Methadone and Suboxone) preferred
- Bilingual (oral and written); must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish
- Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and able to pass a background check
