Job Highlights

Candidate Profile
- Must be at least 18 years old and have at least six months of customer service experience
- Hospitality experience is a big plus but not required
- Must be computer savvy — must be able to navigate multiple screens, talk, and type simultaneously
- Must be comfortable being on the phone for 90% of the day and have excellent communication skills
