Job Highlights
- Help people onto transporting devices such as wheelchairs and secure them in place
- Physically handling patients with care at all stages necessary to avoid pain and prevent injury
- May be called upon to move specimens, equipment, medical records, lab results, and mail
- Answering basic questions such as directions and offering friendly greetings
Candidate Profile
- One year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication and time management skills, and exhibiting compassion
- Current CPR or BLS certification or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
