Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or fundraising, preferably with an understanding or background in human services organizations
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Knowledge of the nonprofit/human services landscape and nonprofit fundraising is highly preferred
