Job Highlights
- Act as the first person the guests will see upon entering the hotel, greeting them upon arrival and when they leave
- Assist guests with luggage and carrying items to their room in a safe and professional manner
- Support the front desk staff and bell captain with check-in and responding to guest requests
- Keep the bell desk neat and tidy at all times
